Yoga has changed Tracy’s life and her passion is to share yoga, through asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. In her caring and friendly approach, she brings awareness to the breath and gentle alignment of the body; opening, expanding and listening intuitively with each movement. Tracy completed her first 200 hr yoga certification in 2014 with YogaWorks, combining Iyengar, Ashtanga and Viniyoga. She obtained her second 200 hr certification in 2016 through Wanderlust at Squaw with Meg McCracken. Her vision is to live this life one breath at a time, doing her best, opening and accepting in the present moment. As her daily meditation practice continually unfolds her deeper truths, she learns patience for herself, her loved ones and others along this human journey. In Tracy’s classes, you can expect a level 1-2 in difficulty, use of gentle sun salutations to heat the body, an emphasis on alignment in postures, and use of props. Loving this life, together.
