Connect with Full Moon Magic! This lunar phase is a time for recognizing what we know and what we’ve learned. The Full Moon lights our path to all we are becoming by offering expanding energy. These series of classes will guide you through an astrological connection to the Full Moon’s magic through your breath, heart and body. Be led through a nourishing yoga sequence, reflective journaling, ritual, and an invitation to embody the moon's energy through the next lunar phase and gathering.  

For October's lunation, we will be working with the Full Moon’s energy in Taurus; embodying the spirit of this moon with a focus on connections to the earth, abundance, one's values.
