Breath, we all have it and wouldn’t be alive without it. Studies show that intentional breathwork has many physical, mental, and emotional benefits. It can help increase endurance and oxygen efficiency, boost immunity and release toxins from the body, It can help reduce stress, anxiety, grief, depression, and anger and help release trauma. It can improve overall health, increase mental clarity, feelings of joy, and self-love and create a deeper spiritual connection. Through breathwork, we can access areas of our psyche, mind, and heart that we don’t normally access in our daily life.
In this workshop, Kimberly Faith will guide you on an immersive journey, moving inward through the breath. Enjoy a fun, yet profound, transformational experience using many different styles of breathing and different types of music.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and a special pillow and/or blanket The studio also has bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows for added comfort. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get set up. The workshop will start promptly at 5:30 pm. This workshop is not recommended if you are pregnant or prone to seizures.
