Connect with Full Moon Magic!

The Full Moon lights our path to all we are becoming by offering expanding energy. This class will guide you through an astrological connection to the Full Moon’s magic through your breath, heart and body. Be led through a nourishing yoga sequence, reflective journaling, ritual, and an invitation to embody the moon's energy through the next lunar phase and gathering.

For April, we will be working with the Full Moon’s enery in Libra; embodying the spirit of this month with a focus on restoring balance and and being in relationship with intention, creativity and our own authenticity.

Any crystals you would like to charge and work with
Journal & pen
