Connect with Full Moon Magic: Yoga Gathering!

The Full Moon lights our path to all we are becoming by offering expanding energy. This class will guide you through an astrological connection to the Full Moon’s magic through your breath, heart and body. Be led through a nourishing yoga sequence, reflective journaling, ritual, and an invitation to embody the moon's energy through the next lunar phase and gathering.

For June’s lunation, we will be working with the Full Moon’s energy in Sagittarius; embodying the spirit of this moon with a focus on channeling our curiosities and ideas in order to invite greater expression and truth. Sagittarius Full Moon, 13°17 ; June 3rd, 2023, peaks at 8 p.m. PT
