The how, when and why of remedial self-help movements and massage to reduce hip & lower back stress is the primary focus of this 2 hour workshop, led by Tum Sayers, a bodyworker and instructor for 40+ years.
When understood and appplied, these unique remedial movements can play a primary role in restoring healthy, pain-free function to the hips & lower back.
