Description

Four week Mother Daughter all levels yoga series (for ages 9 and up). This special series will focus on connection, support, openness and fun. Students can expect a well balanced class with an emphasis on alignment, breath and flow. Please arrive early to set up and settle in. Bring a water bottle and mat (yoga mats and props available at studio).
