Our nervous system naturally fluctuates between the states of movement and rest, activation and discharge, stimulation and integration. Together we will explore what resources can help you to regulate your nervous system depending on your needs in the present moment, with the intention for you to increase your capacity during times of dysregulation.
Expect breath, somatic movement, journaling/group share followed by the guided meditation and deep rest of Yoga Nidra.
Please bring a journal, an item for the altar, and anything to create extra comfort for your Yoga Nidra nest.
