Michelle will guide you through gentle, somatic movements and restorative yoga poses, while offering healing energy through hands-on Reiki. You will then be led through the systematic and conscious relaxation practice of Yoga Nidra, cultivating inner peace and tranquility as you explore the threshold between the states of wakefulness and sleep. This soulful synergy will calm your nervous system and help you feel renewed and revitalized. All levels welcome.
