Join us for a sunset sound bath journey at William B. Layton Park next to the Gatekeeper’s Museum on the Lake Tahoe shoreline.
This will be a special evening together as we gather on sacred Washoe land, tapping into this tribal energy as we immerse in sound medicine inspired by our ancestors. Settle into the grounding Earth energy below as the sun sets overhead. We will call in the energy of the Washoe natives, honoring their history on this land. As you relax into this sacred space and into your breath, drop deeper into relaxation as you are bathed in sounds inspired by the elements all around and within us ~ earth, water, fire, air and ether.
The sound bath is curated through use of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, gongs and various other healing instruments, creating healing frequencies that move through you inviting harmony within body, mind and spirit, helping you to restore to a natural state of balance and peace — returning to your true nature.
☀︎ Please bring your own blanket(s), eye covering, sleeping bag, pads, and all your favorite nesting items to get cozy. ☀︎ Dress in items you can layer, as the temp will drop as the sun sets
