The connective tissue can get thick and glue-like, which makes it hard for our muscles to slide and glide easily, making it painful to move and even limits our range of motion.
In this 2 hour workshop, Marybeth Donahoe will teach you Myofascial Release techniques or "rolling" and self-massage methods to help increase your range of motion, hydrate tissue, and bring balance back into your body.
