Join Marianne and Ingrid for an evening of gentle relaxation. Yin yoga is a slow paced and gentle style of yoga. Positions are held for longer periods of time with the use of props. In this unique class you will also receive a reiki sound bath as you hold the poses. Restore and renew on all levels.
